Pop your steamer on the shower floor away from the direct water stream. You want steam to dissolve it slowly, not water.

Let the steam work

As the water heats up, steam activates the steamer and releases the essential oils into the air. You'll smell it within seconds.

Can I use them in the bath?

Due to the high content of essential oils they are not designed for use in the bath, but you can pop one near the tap end of the bath and let them steam up while you soak.

How should I store them?

Keep them somewhere cool and dry — a bathroom cupboard is perfect. Avoid leaving them sitting in a humid shower between uses or they'll start fizzing before you're ready.
