Handmade natural soap from Western Australia
Every Wild Suds soap is made by hand in small batches using real plant oils, butters and pure essential oils. No synthetic fragrance. No SLS. No parabens. Just good ingredients that are kind to your skin and honest about what they are. We make soap the way it should be made — slowly, carefully, and with a lot of love.
Why natural soap?
-
Real natural ingredients
Plant oils, shea butter, cocoa butter and pure essential oils. Nothing synthetic, nothing hidden.
-
Maintains skin's natural balance
Natural soap retains its glycerin — a humectant that draws moisture to your skin. Most commercial soaps strip it out.
-
Better for the planet
Natural soap is biodegradable and free from synthetic chemicals that wash into our waterways. Minimal packaging, no microplastics, no SLS, no parabens, no synthetic fragrance. Just clean ingredients that work with your skin, and better for the environment.

Frequently asked questions
Collapsible content
What makes Wild Suds soap different from supermarket soap?
Most supermarket soaps are technically detergent bars, or soap made with mostly cheap palm oil, and added hardeners or other synthetic ingredients that strip your skin's natural oils. Wild Suds soaps are made using traditional cold process soapmaking methods with plant butters and oils like olive oil and coconut oil. They retain their natural glycerin, lather beautifully and leave your skin feeling genuinely nourished rather than tight and dry.
Are natural soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are made with gentle plant oils and pure essential oils with no synthetic fragrance, which is one of the most common skin irritants. We recommend patch testing first if you have very sensitive skin, and checking the ingredients list for known allergies, including to essential oils.
How long does a bar last?
With proper care a Wild Suds soap bar can last up to 2-4 weeks. The key is keeping it dry between uses — a draining soap dish is your best friend. Avoid leaving it sitting in water and you'll get every bit of that. Hot tip - cut your soap bar in half and use one half at a time to avoid it getting waterlogged!
Are natural soaps safe for children?
Our soaps are made with gentle natural ingredients and are free from synthetic fragrance and harsh chemicals. However we always recommend checking the ingredients list for any known allergies and doing a patch test first. If in doubt speak to your healthcare provider.
How should I store my soap?
Keep handmade soap dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish away from direct water flow. Store any extra bars in a cool dry place — a linen cupboard is ideal. While soap can last a long time when stored properly we recommend using within 6-12 months to get the best of the scent and plant oils.
Are your soaps vegan?
Our soaps are all vegan — made entirely from plant based oils, milks, butters and essential oils. Check the individual product ingredients list to confirm as formulations can vary between bars. We do use beeswax in some of our other products.
